INTRODUCTION

This training course is designed to impact job-oriented skills for monitoring and evaluation that are highly demanded in the development industry. This course will provide the trainees with M&E tools, techniques and resources needed for planning, organizing, and/or managing programs and projects. 

Participants who successfully complete the course will receive a Certificate of Participation.

OBJECTIVES

By the end of this course the participants will be able to:

      Choose a data collection method and understand the basics of operations as well as reliability, reliability, accuracy and effectiveness

      Understand how multinational companies manage their operations

      Find every essential tool to launch your own monitoring and training courses. 

      Establish an assessment and monitoring system throughout the plan for actual work

      Use data analysis software package (Stata).

      Use Geographic Information System (GIS) and GPS to collect sharing, sharing and data information.

      Discuss the results to promote stimulate learning and reflection.

 This course will take approximately 10 days.

GENERAL NOTES

·      The instructor led trainings are delivered using a blended learning approach and comprises of presentations, guided sessions of practical exercise, web-based tutorials and group work. Our facilitators are seasoned industry experts with years of experience, working as professional and trainers in these fields.

·      The participants should be reasonably proficient in English as all facilitation and course materials will be offered in English.

·      Upon successful completion of this training, participants will be issued with a certificate.

·      The training will be held at Kincaid Training Centre. The course fee covers the course tuition, training materials, two break refreshments and lunch.
