INTRODUCTION Office Management and Effective Administration Skills is an exciting and interactive training course. The aim of this course is to give the participants the opportunity to review and develop the interpersonal and professional skills they need to do their jobs effectively thereby contributing to their own, their boss’ and their organization’s success. The course is based on a participatory, active learning approach, with an emphasis on critical reflection and peer-to-peer learning. The course instructor will provide individualised feedback where appropriate. Participants will do the required readings, prepare interim and final assignments and participate in group discussions. Participants who successfully complete the course will receive Certificate of Participation.

GENERAL NOTES · The instructor led trainings are delivered using a blended learning approach and comprises of presentations, guided sessions of practical exercise, web-based tutorials and group work. Our facilitators are seasoned industry experts with years of experience, working as professional and trainers in these fields. · The participants should be reasonably proficient in English as all facilitation and course materials will be offered in English. · Upon successful completion of this training, participants will be issued with a certificate. · The training will be held at Kincaid Training Centre.
