Electronic document and records management is used by organizations to manage documents and records throughout the document life-cycle, from creation to destruction. Electronic Document Management System ensures records aren’t lost, and help you get any information or data you need quickly and reliably. Saving money wherever possible is key for any start-up, and storing documents electronically is a cost-effective way to manage all your records. This training will equip participants with the knowledge and skills of effective management of information using ICT tools, applications and techniques.
The course is based on a participatory, active learning approach, with an emphasis on critical reflection and peer-to-peer learning. The course instructor will provide individualised feedback where appropriate. Participants will do the required readings, prepare interim and final assignments and participate in group discussions.

- The instructor led trainings are delivered using a blended learning approach and comprises of presentations, guided sessions of practical exercise, web-based tutorials and group work. Our facilitators are seasoned industry experts with years of experience, working as professional and trainers in these fields.
- The participants should be reasonably proficient in English as all facilitation and course materials will be offered in English.
- Upon successful completion of this training, participants will be issued with a certificate.
