Introduction
In this course NGO staff members, human rights activists and development workers will be introduced to the fundamentals of planning and carrying out programme-based monitoring and evaluation. Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) are essential tools for ensuring accountability, learning, and performance in the NGO sector. The course will blend planning and management principles with skill-development related to study design and data collection and analysis. This practical training course is tailored for NGOs and development practitioners to strengthen their skills in designing and implementing robust M&E systems. Participants will learn how to develop logical frameworks, design indicators, collect and analyze data, and report on outcomes using participatory and results-based approaches.
Participants who successfully complete the course will receive Certificate of Participation.
