Our capability to make a positive impact in today’s rapidly changing world, learning to lead and design our communities as well as organizations, riding the turmoil creatively is critical. This course will cover the subject of evolutionary change, the implications for us as individual leaders, as well as for our organizational cultures and structures. It combines intellectual consistency with personal challenge, collaboration with creative expression. This training aims at helping the participants interact with integrative maps of organizational and leadership development.
The course is based on a participatory, active learning approach, with an emphasis on critical reflection and peer-to-peer learning. The course instructor will provide individualised feedback where appropriate. Participants will do the required readings, prepare interim and final assignments and participate in group discussions.
